Professional Dispositions
In addition to demonstrating mastery in each of the program learning outcomes the School of Education has adopted a set of six professional dispositions that are essential for prospective educators to possess.

Professional dispositions are assessed at several different points in the program by specific instructors and university supervisors. If there are concerns about a candidate’s dispositions, action plans for remediation will be enacted.
You will also complete a self-assessment of professional dispositions at the beginning and end of the program.
